Family, Adolescent, Children Therapy Services (FACTS) is an organization of mental health professionals who work with families and kids in crisis. Established in 2005 we have grown, initially providing intensive home based mental health services; to providing home based, supervised visits/parenting education and outpatient services. We take a systemic approach to working with families, providing both in-home therapy and skills based work. FACTS therapists understand that children who act out need the support and resources of the environment around them to grow into responsible individuals. Our target population is children ages 5-17 and their families referred by a public agency for a variety of problems.

We are seeking multiple part time therapists who will provide clinical services related to the diagnosis and treatment of children, adults, and family emotional disturbances. You will:
- Complete diagnostic assessments as allowed under various programs, based upon license and under supervision.
- Develop a treatment plan that identifies strengths, goals and objectives for each patient.
- Conduct individual, family, and marital therapy.
- Clinical Case Management
- Coordinate case with other collateral professional providers
- Maintain accurate and timely case files.
- Provide counseling, advocacy, teaching, research, consultation, and community organizational development
- Implementation and administration of policies, programs and activities
- Participate as a team member during clinical supervision.
- Required to attend individual/group supervision and staff meetings
- Write various reports: including, but not limited to, diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, termination and court reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, Basic computer skills, Time Management skills
- 1 -2 years experience working with high risk youth and families. Prefer experience working in home.
- Master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure: LMFT, LAMFT, LICSW, LGSW, MSW, LPP, LPC, LPCC, LP or other related practitioner or professional a license.
In addition, this job will require the employee to:
- Work days, evenings and weekends, as required by the case load and family needs.
- Must have a reliable automobile along with a current MN drivers license and insurance.
- Work must be conducted in client’s home and/or community.
- Must be able to work across cultures, with client’s from a culture different from one’s own
- Must be willing to travel in all weather conditions in Dakota, Carver, Washington, Goodhue and Scott counties in addition to Hennipen and Ramsey.
- Must be able to access non-ADA compliant client and office locations
