Rachel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota (#2169). She obtained her Master's degree in Applied Family and Child Studies with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University.

Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge in working with many different types of clients including very young children (0-5), school age children, adolescents, couples and all types of families. She has specialized skills in providing diagnostic assessments for very young children (0-5), in addition to understanding the complexities of daycare and school behavioral issues. Rachel's work focuses on building relationships through a strength-based, solution-focused perspective. Rachel works in home-based settings in addition to doing outpatient work. She truly thrives on partnering with individuals and families to help them create more success in their lives.
