and to an on-call clinician after hours. Our confidential and secure fax number is 651-405-0358. FACTS can receive faxes 24 hours a day. You will be provided with the direct contact phone number for your clinician
once your care is established. Clinicians each maintain a confidential 24-hour, time-stamped voice mail service so that you may leave messages for them. We make every attempt to check messages regularly during the week and attempt to return calls within 24 hours. Clinicians typically do not check voice mail messages on weekends unless they have made specific arrangements to do so. In the event of an emergency call 911 or your local police department.
